Smoother early morning drop off and satisfied with work done (2 recalls on my Taos). However, I did find a crumpled up wad of black electrical tape and a mostly empty bottle of Gatorade in the back seat from whoever worked on the car. Also I should say that telephoning the service department is frustrating as it often goes to voice mail and no one responds to those messages.
I placed a factory order for a new Porsche and all went smoothly from start to finish. Pricing was very fair too. Salesperson Megan Delaney also proved herself to be very professional and well informed.

Jessica was delightful. The finance person was rude, inattentive inconsiderate and made us wait for 2 hours without explanation. We were minutes away from just leaving and walking away from the deal. It’s our third vehicle from your dealership and this was by far the worst experience. Very disappointing.

Very polite and accommodating. Service was completed in a timely manner and recalls were resolved.
Claudine the service advisor is very nice. My car sat at the dealership for a full day without being worked on. Two days later, I was told the issues reported were resolved, but upon receiving the car I immediately observed the same issues. A tech confirmed the issue was not resolved, and I have now been trying to reschedule this repair for over three weeks.
Legend Porsche provided complete professional service. They provided updates during a complicated process. My car is now running beautifully!

It took six weeks to get a problem resolved with my car. It took them three weeks to order the part and then an additional three weeks to finish the installation. Each time that my car was left at the dealer. There was no communication as to when I was going to receive it back. The woman that was managing.
